Access to our Discord community and the Xion Worx program will also require linking your account or participating directly via Discord

Users may connect their social media accounts for a streamlined experience. We are not responsible for any actions taken through connected social media accounts and that their use of social media platforms is governed by those platforms' terms.

• 4.1 Sale of Digital Products

• We offer digital Project Kits for one-off purchase via our online store. Access to our Xion Worx virtual experience and enhanced community features is offered via monthly Discord subscriptions.

• 4.2 Payment Process

• Payments for Project Kits are processed through accepted methods on our online store (e.g., Stripe via Fungies.io). Payments for monthly Discord subscriptions are processed through Discord's native monetization features. Prices are subject to change without notice, and such changes will be communicated in advance for subscriptions.

• 4.3 Refund Policy

• Due to the digital nature of our Project Kits, all sales are generally final. However, we may offer refunds at our sole discretion under specific circumstances (e.g., proven technical issue preventing access). For Discord subscriptions, you may cancel your subscription at any time; access will continue until the end of your current billing period, and refunds for partial months are generally not provided, unless otherwise stated by Discord's own refund policies for their subscriptions

• 5.2 Prohibited Activities
